AIG Public Leaders Programme Cohort 5 Residential Week
Enabling public sector leaders to drive change.
The AIG Public Leaders Programme (AIG PLP) is a high-impact executive training programme designed to equip African public sector leaders with the skills, tools, and networks needed to drive sustainable change.
Delivered in partnership with the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford, the programme offers participants a world-class learning experience that strengthens leadership capacity and enhances public service effectiveness.
The Residential Week brings participants together for an intensive, one-week, in-person learning experience. It provides a unique opportunity to connect, collaborate, and deepen their learning through direct engagement with the faculty from the Blavatnik School of Government and peers. During this week, participants gain practical insights and actionable tools to excel in their roles and champion reform within their Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs).
This year’s cohort features outstanding public sector leaders selected from across Africa, including:

What to Expect
