The success stories emerging from our alumni highlight how our programmes equip leaders with the tools to deliver real-world results, from improving public healthcare systems to fostering economic growth. A notable example is that of Mr. Abraham Oludolapo, whose groundbreaking reform project has established a standard framework for addressing sexual harassment within the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).

Empowering public servants to become effective agents of change lies at the core of our mission. Our initiatives have sparked countless inspiring stories of transformation. From our AIG Public Leaders Programme, which graduated 68 participants this year, to the transformative journeys of our alumni, we have witnessed firsthand how investing in individuals ignites a ripple effect of positive change across the public sector. This year, we equipped over 400 public sector professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent service to citizen.

The Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation’s National Workshop on "Rethinking Reforms: Why Many Reforms Fail in Nigeria and What We Can Do About It" offered a valuable platform for discussing the challenges hindering Nigeria's public sector reform efforts and exploring potential solutions.
